Character is a seasoned BBQ competitor whose has been featured on television, in print media and in books to include American’s Best BBQ by Ardie A. Davis and Chef Paul Kirk. He was a pivotal figure on Season 1 of BBQ Pit Wars and often created the most down home dialogue on television’s BBQ Pitmasters. A crowd favorite, he is known for his outrageous smack talk and his infectious personality. While Michael did not take top honors on BBQ Pit Wars or BBQ Pitmasters, he maintained a needed balance on each episode and maintains a confidence and a determination that is ready to take on any situation. He is not afraid of any challenge. He was ready to take down Myron’s “Evil Empire ” and looking to crush Phil’s Dell.
